Event Notes:

We meet in the parking lot (Look for the "old" red Civic Hatchback) -- Rain or shine. Water and non flush toilets there. Also picnic tables for snacking at the end of the hike. For those interested in hanging out for a bit for lunch afterward, I can Lead you to Erik's Deli in San Ramon (a short distance away).

This is a great "cardio hike". 1,000' elevation gain in the first mile. That's close to a 20% slope. We are hiking up to the comm. tower, and then left along the Ridge Trail. All the effort is in the first mile.
