Event Notes:

An estimated 6-mile loop hike with an elevation gain of about 1100 feet. Route will be via the Costanoan, Lower Buck, Deer Lake, and Corral Springs trails to Ginder Gap, then Ridge Top and Costanoan trails to Bob Pond and Borges Ranch. After a short rest/snack stop at the Ranch, return via the Borges Ranch, Briones - Mt. Diablo, Ridge Top, Sulfer Creek, and Costanoan trails to Snyder Lane. No facilities at the trailhead, but restroom, water and picnic tables at Bob Pond and Borges Ranch. Dog friendly, off-leash OK on the trails.

From 680 Fwy exit at Ygnacio Valley Rd. Turn right onto Ygnacio Valley Rd and drive for 1.7 miles to Walnut Ave (NOT Walnut Blvd). Turn right onto Walnut Ave and proceed for 1.3 miles to Snyder Lane. Turn right and drive for 0.6 miles to end of road. Park on street.

From Ygnacio Valley Rd westbound drive to Wiget Lane. Turn left and drive for 0.7 mile to Walnut Ave. Turn left and proceed on Walnut Ave for 0.3 miles to Synder Lane. Turn right on Snyder Lane and drive for 0.6 mile to end of road. Park on street.
