Canal Trail Past Heather Farms (Pleasant Hill BART)

Trail Notes:

Meet at Pleasant Hill BART by the ticket machines. Will proceed from Pleasant Hill BART station to Heather Farm Park on the paved Canal Trail. This will be an easy hike of approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours duration on relatively flat, paved terrain. Optional post hike coffee.

Trailhead Directions:

From I-680 North, exit at Treat Blvd. At top of ramp, turn right onto Treat, followed by a left turn at the next stop light, Oak Road. BART will be on your right.

From I-680 South, exit at Treat Blvd. Turn left at the stop light, then immediate left at the next stop light (Treat Blvd). Cross over freeway, make left turn at Oak Road. BART is on your right hand side.
