Full Moon Hike! This is a strenuous 6-mile out-and-back hike. Approximately a 2000-foot elevation gain to the peak! Come prepared with plenty of water and a snack. We'll rest and snack at the peak for a bit to enjoy the sunset, moonrise and scenery. Sunset at 8:12 and moonrise at 9:29. Bring a flashlight! It can be hot at the start but cold and windy at the peak, so dress in layers. Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early because the parking lot will likely be full. Street parking is available about a block down from the lot. Nearby address is 1874 Stanford Ave, Fremont.
