From the East Bay, take I-80 east toward Sacramento. Then take I-580 west towards Point Richmond/San Rafael. Cross the San Rafael Bridge ($3 toll). Exit Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Drive west on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard through Larkspur for about 2 miles. You will see U.S. 101. Don't get on this freeway. Instead, stay in the lane that says Kentfield/Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. After passing underneath the freeway on this lane, continue driving west. You will still be on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Drive for about another 3 miles. You will reach an intersection with Lagunitas Road (by the Marin Art and Garden Center). Turn left onto Lagunitas Road. Make another immediate left onto Ross Commons and into the town of Ross. Park in a space on the street that has no time limit or in the parking lot on the left side of the street by the post office.
