We are getting close to the times when snakes will be out so heads up for those guys. we will do a clock wise loop of appx 7 miles. Its fairly easy if you have been a regular hiker over the past month. a couple of hills ( one of about 400 ft). We will be on the Stewartville Trail for more than 1/2 the hike. Will take a rest/water/snack/potty break at the StewartVille Camp site near the old town site of StewartVille. At the summit we will pick up the Carbondale trail and head north to meet the River View trail. From there connect with the LARK and Homestead loop trails and back to the starting point.
