Las Trampas Elderberry Loop

Trailhead Directions: From I-580 in Castro Valley, take Crow Canyon Road north to Bollinger Canyon Road. Turn left (north) onto Bollinger Canyon Road and follow the road until you reach the park gate. Continue past gate, finally making a left turn at the end into the main parking lot. The distance from the Crow Canyon Rd turnoff to the parking lot is about 5 miles. From I-680 in San Ramon, take Crow Canyon Road exit heading west (from Southbound I-680 turn right onto Crow Canyon Road; from Northbound I-680, turn left onto Crow Canyon.) Follow for 1.2 miles to Bollinger Canyon Road, turn right (north) and follow the road until you reach the park gate. Continue past gate, finally making a left turn at the end into the main parking lot. The distance from the Crow Canyon Rd turnoff to the parking lot is about 5 miles.
