It usually rains on my birthday, so be prepared. 8 miles total on a paved trail. Restrooms but no water at the start. Trail Gail gave me an old black and white photo of the Nike Missile site when it was operational. I will pass it around so you all can see it. It's really cool.

Please note that the small parking lot at Inspiration Point typically fills up very quickly, especially in the morning hours. Therefore you are encouraged to arrive early to find street parking. Meet at the beginning of the paved trail, at the west side of the parking lot.
From Highway 24, take the CAMINO PABLO/ORINDA exit towards JFK UNIV/ORINDA VILLAGE/RICHMOND. Head north on Camino Pablo for approximately 3 miles. At the intersection where Camino Pablo turns into San Pablo Dam Road, turn LEFT onto Wildcat Canyon Road. Inspiration Point will be on your RIGHT side.
