Carpool site is Mexico Lindo parking lot (Orange Bldg.) From 680S, exit at Bernal and go right under 680 for two traffic lights to Koll Center Dr. Go left a short distance to Koll Center Pkwy. Turn right and an immediate right into the ML parking lot.

Trail Notes:

PLEASANTON RESIDENT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TO PARK. A short ride to the trailhead. The Pleasanton resident signs in for the vehicle at the guard station. It is 800' of elevation gain over 2 miles to the top of the Ridge. One mile further along the top of the Ridge to the scenic view spot. Take pictures. At this point we can split into 2 groups: those that want to return to the trail head for a total hike of 6 miles, and those that want to do an additional 3 mile loop into Sinbad Canyon for a total hike of 9 miles (plus an additional 500' of elevation gain). The 6 mile hike is 2+ hours and the 9 mile hike is 3+ hours. Both hikes are 50% shade.

Directions to Trailhead:
