This is approximately 7-8 miles, with about a 2200 foot elevation gain. Pretty steep up the Meridian Ridge portion to Murchio Gap, but downhill all the way after that. We'll start at Regency Gate in Clayton, follow Donner Canyon Road to Cardinet Oaks, then Falls Trail to Middle Trail to Meridian Ridge. Highest Point is Murchio Gap, from whence we'll descend down Back Creek Trail. The falls are quite gorgeous right now, but we should stay dry on the trails. Bring lunch or a snack, since it's a longer hike -- about 4 hours (maybe a little longer if you're just mosying along).Leader: Helene Crowley
