From 680S, exit at Livorna Rd and go east (left) 1.5 miles to the trailhead on the left. From 680N, exit at Livorna and go east (right) to the trailhead. Bring picnic goodies. There are only 7 parking spots at the trailhead, so I encourage hikers to CARPOOL.

From Dublin, take Hwy 680N. Exit at Bollinger Canyon Road. At end of offramp, turn right onto Bollinger (at light).

Or from Walnut Creek, take Hwy 680 South toward Dublin/San Jose. Exit at Bollinger Canyon Road. At end of offramp, take left turn onto Bollinger, crossing back over Hwy 680.

Travel east for 1 mile to Alcosta and turn left (light). First left into the parking lot by the fountains and tennis courts.
